We have a quick update for you. We updated our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and Privacy Notice. You can check out the updates at the links below.
The new terms will take effect on January 1, 2023. Please review the updated DPA and Privacy Notice in full to understand the changes and how they apply to you and/or your use of Klaviyo, but here is a summary of the changes that were made: |

Data Processing Agreement: We updated the DPA to address how Klaviyo, as a service provider, will comply with new U.S. state privacy laws going into effect/operation in 2023. The DPA applies to all Klaviyo customers. |

Privacy Notice: We reorganized our Privacy Notice to make it easier to navigate, with region specific sections including sections for U.S. state privacy laws going into effect/operation in 2023. We've added more details about the data we collect and why, how we use it, and how we may share it. We also reference a new Cookie Notice which is linked in the Privacy Notice. The Privacy Notice applies to all individuals of personal information (e.g. name, email, etc.) that we may process as a data controller. |
